St. John's

On a similar level of pedantry to that displayed in the note to Question 20, St. John's is the capital of Antigua and Barbuda, which is a sovereign nation and a member of the United Nations. It's the largest settlement on Antigua and is informally referred to as the island's capital, but I'm not sure whether this has any official basis.
